    REFUND POLICY

    Each product sold by Someday Club is custom-made, tailored specifically for you after you've placed your order. Consequently, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders. Additionally, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us promptly at somedayclubgallery@gmail.com.

    In rare instances, products within an order may sustain damage during transit while in the possession of our shipping partners. If any of your products arrive damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to somedayclubgallery@gmail.com. In cases of significant damage, Someday Club may opt to repair or replace the affected product(s) at our sole discretion, following a review of the submitted photos (referred to as "Damage Review"). By requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Photos of damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format.
    2. Photos of damage must be received by Someday Club within seventy-two (72) hours following the indicated delivery date of the order by the shipping provider.
    3. Photos of the damage must have been taken immediately upon receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been installed or used in any way prior to capturing images of the damage.
    4. A Damage Review may take a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and Someday Club may choose to replace or repair the damaged product at our discretion.
    5. The delivery of a replacement product, if provided, will be subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping timing. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if Someday Club elects to repair or replace the product(s).
